This is arguably one of Julien's best releases, for me it's almost like the turning point for him. Sure, his prior LPs and EPs packed quite a punch but this release is remarkable in terms of production and overall feel. This short little EP captures plenty of emotion and presents the idea of Ruby My Dear perfectly -- this EP showcases the varying styles and techniques seen from Julien's breakcore project, it's a stellar release.
