CementineAugustFrontier this is a very solid fucking record. I liked Ruby My Dears earlier stuff and when some annoying kids were on the bus recently thought oh I need some breaks and found this. an enchanting mix of breakcore/thrash/grind/circus/gabber and then some really pretty parts, which I feel like are needed. favorite track is probably "escoucha" but I'm on the fence. an excellent album over all.

it's like senor coconut and Mr bungle had a baby with some amen breaks. wonderful

Molly Ruby My Dear’s talent really shines through here with their unique usage of breaks! the amount of times the amen breaks are chopped up, twisted. sped up, and stretched is PHENOMENAL!! i love how the BPM is constantly changing, because it always leaves you wondering what is next. i fuckin love it!! the contrast between the harsh instrumentals and the much quieter, lighter samples is also an incredibly nice touch. it lets u take it all in Favorite track: Essayer de rien faire.
